Job summary

Legrand is seeking a Regional Sales Manager - Central to join its Power & Thermal Management team in a remote role. The RSM will drive profitable growth for Starline’s data center power infrastructure across the Central region, managing reps, channel partners, pipeline, and forecasts.

You will own the regional strategy, coordinate with key accounts, travel up to 50%, and build executive relationships with data center owners, consultants, and distributors.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of sales experience required; account management experience preferred.
• Proven track record in B2B sales or strategic markets (data center, industrial, retail).
• Experience in developing and executing strategic and tactical sales plans.
• Progressive responsibility in sales and marketing roles.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Own regional strategy and sales execution across the Central region.
• Manage channel partners, reps, and direct sales in assigned region.
• Develop and maintain account plans for strategic customers.
• Create proposals, presentations, and deliver executive reviews.
• Maintain CRM hygiene, pipeline accuracy, and forecasting cadence.
