Legrand AV, Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Manager - Central to lead the Power & Thermal Management Team in a remote role. Drive growth for Starline's data center power infrastructure across MO, WI, MI, IA, IL and IN, through independent reps and channel partners.

The role owns regional strategy, pipeline development, forecast accuracy and executive-level engagement with data center owners, consultants, and distributors. Travel ~50% required.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience.
• 5-7 years sales experience required, account management experience preferred.
• 1-3 years management/leadership experience preferred.
• Successful track record of sales in a B2B environment or comparable markets.
• Experience in developing and executing strategic and tactical sales plans.

Responsibilities

• Achieve the region's revenue objective.
• Manage sales channels with reps, resellers, and direct salespeople.
• Develop target market, account strategies and prospecting plans.
• Negotiate contracts and assist in administration.
• Create proposals, letters and deliver presentations.
• Monitor market trends and advise on product strategy.
• Lead quarterly business reviews and strategic plans.
• Maintain professional relationships with partners and customers.
• Ensure disciplined CRM usage and accurate forecasting.
