Job summary

Legrand is seeking a Regional Sales Manager - Central for the Power & Thermal Management Team. This remote role drives growth across the Central region, managing channel partners and strategic accounts in a B2B data center market.

The role reports to the VP of US Data Center Sales and collaborates with engineering, product management, marketing, and operations. Occasional travel and industry presence are involved for pipeline development and relationship-building.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience.
• 5–7 years of sales experience required; account management preferred.
• 1–3 years of management/leadership experience preferred.
• Progressive responsibility in sales and marketing positions in B2B data center/industrial markets.
• Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Achieve the region’s annual revenue objective.
• Manage sales channel with existing representatives, resellers and direct salespeople to meet objectives.
• Develop and implement target market, account strategies, and prospecting plans.
• Negotiate contracts and assist in their administration.
• Create proposals, sales letters and deliver presentations.
