Job summary

Chamberlain Group, powered by our myQ technology, is hiring to oversee and build a robust sales pipeline across LiftMaster CAS and PAS. You will lead the regional sales strategy, collaborate with dealers and integrators, and drive data-driven decisions using CRM to close opportunities.

The role requires 5–7+ years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and willingness to travel up to 70% domestically and internationally. Fluency in Spanish or French-Canadian is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and create a pipeline of prospects and track to closure, providing reporting at each step of the journey on CRM.
• Provide leadership to all of the sales team across the regions on strategy for the respective product lines, CAS or PAS.
• Work cross-functionally to develop, track and analyze customer and market data and make recommendations for sales execution and strategic sales roadmap.
• Conduct projects and programs to generate sales of LiftMaster CAS and PAS products to end users.
• Lead and oversee projects in partnership with key dealers and integrators.
• Generate and follow-up on leads to fulfill the sales pipeline; determine best approach to close sales.
• Track and record activity on accounts in the CRM.
• Protect Chamberlain Group’s reputation by keeping information confidential.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
