Draeger is hiring a Regional Sales Manager to drive Industrial Portable Gas Detection and Respiratory Protection sales across Arizona and California with a remote work setup. The role focuses on new business development and expanding the installed base, including service contracts, while coordinating with reps as needed.

The candidate will manage strategic territory plans, conduct value-based selling, and stay current on safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or technical discipline.
• 5+ years selling within the Industrial Market.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems.
• Willing to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the regional Industrial Portable Gas Detection and Respiratory Protection sales in AZ and CA.
• Identify target customers, grow installed base and secure service contracts.
• Coordinate with manufacturers' reps within the territory.
• Maintain CRM records and manage budgets.
