Job summary

Draeger, Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Portable Gas Detection/Respiratory to drive the Fire & Gas Detection Systems business in the Pacific Northwest (NV, UT, ID, MT, OR, WA).

This remote-friendly role requires strategic planning, strong relationship building, and a track record of industrial sales success. You will manage accounts, develop a sales plan, and coordinate with channel partners while traveling up to 50% within the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or technical related discipline.
• 5+ years selling within the Industrial Market (Oil, Gas, Food, Manufacturing, etc.) required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
• Must be able to travel up to 50% and reside within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Identify target end-users and prioritize accounts for direct and indirect sales.
• Develop distributor network aligned with strategy to maximize sales and profits.
• Lead pre-call planning and understand customer needs to promote value over price.
• Coordinate with internal resources for complex product solutions and service agreements.
