Job summary

Crowcon Detection Instruments Ltd. is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to oversee sales across the US region. You will drive growth by developing channels, launching Go-To-Market strategies, and managing opportunities using a CRM.

Based anywhere in the USA, the role requires strong gas-detection knowledge and a proven sales track record. This remote, full-time role emphasizes strategic selling, customer relationships, and market development, with travel largely focused on supporting customers

Qualifications

Two plus years selling experience in a technical sales environment.
Understanding of sales, marketing and support processes.
High level of commercial awareness and proven track record of success.
High level of spoken and written English.
Knowledge of US markets.
Technical or business degree or equivalent and relevant qualifications.
Five plus years in gas detection or related industry.
MBA or similar.

Responsibilities

Direct and control all sales and related functions across the designated US region to meet sales and financial objectives.
Develop key sales channels and partners and define an aligned sales strategy.
Create demand and manage data within a CRM; provide tactical and strategic technical advice.
Build relationships with key customers and channel partners to maximize sales potential.
Ensure sales activities exceed customer needs and contribute to the company’s goals.
Travel to support customers and sales-related activities.
