Job summary

Guardian Sports, LLC is seeking a Regional Manager focused on youth, high school, college, and professional football in the Pacific Northwest. You will profile and prospect for new customers, maintain current client relationships, and drive the sales pipeline in collaboration with the National Sales Manager.

Responsibilities include attending trade shows, delivering compelling sales presentations, and leading account-based marketing activities.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in business, marketing, or sports management.
• 2+ years of sales experience in sporting goods or related field.
• Reside in Seattle or Portland area.
• Passion for sports and athlete safety.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients within football, flag football, lacrosse, and hockey to expand the client base.
• Develop and implement prospecting strategies to generate leads and initiate contact with potential clients.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Regularly follow up with clients to understand needs and provide solutions.
• Trade Show Participation: Attend relevant trade shows and industry events to represent Guardian Sports and gather market intelligence.
• Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain a well-organized sales pipeline and use CRM tools for reporting.
