Signal and Strand is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead the Seattle and Portland sales teams, driving revenue across advertising, sponsorships, events, and ticketing. This hands‑on, player‑coach role will set quotas, coach reps, and own key advertiser relationships in two markets.

The ideal candidate brings 7+ years in media or B2B sales with team leadership, plus proven quota attainment and cross‑platform selling experience.

• 7+ years in media or B2B sales with 3+ years of team leadership.
• Proven ability to meet revenue targets and set team quotas.
• Experience selling across multiplatform portfolios (digital, print, events).

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Seattle and Portland sales team: coach, develop, and manage account executives and coordinators.
• Own regional revenue targets across all products and track quotas.
• Drive sales strategy: build territory plans and prioritize opportunities across channels.
• Coach to results: join pitches, review proposals, and help close deals.
• Manage relationships with key advertisers, agencies, sponsors, and ticketing partners.
• Collaborate with Publishers on revenue priorities and cross-functional initiatives.
• Maintain forecasting and accurate pipeline reporting for data-driven decisions.
• Champion products: stay fluent in rate cards and packages.
