Job summary

Salto Systems seeks a Regional Sales Manager for the Pacific Northwest. Lead sales across Alaska, Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Montana, building a strong partner network and managing opportunities with Territory Managers and internal teams.

You will drive growth through new business, expand market share, and develop key relationships with partners and end users while coordinating cross-functional resources to meet regional goals. A strong leader with travel readiness will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include proven sales management experience.
• Strong relationship-building and communication abilities are essential.
• Ability to work independently yet collaborate across teams.
• Demonstrated organization and diligent follow-up skills.
• Willingness to travel roughly half the time; physically capable.
• Experience with Salesforce is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve quarterly sales targets by acquiring new business and growing existing accounts.
• Develop business partner networks and end-user relationships to expand market share.
• Provide direction and coaching to Territory Managers and partners.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and execute plans with follow-up discipline.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support regional sales objectives.
• Apply product knowledge to identify vertical market opportunities.
• Support teamwork, accountability, and ethical competition aligned with company goals.
