JAS Forwarding USA, Inc. seeks a Regional Business Development Manager to drive growth across the Pacific Northwest.

Based in the Pacific Northwest, you will lead regional sales, build multi-market strategies, and expand Silver/Gold/Platinum accounts while collaborating with Operations, Product, and Executive teams to ensure exceptional service. Qualifications

• 5+ years of business development experience in international freight forwarding/logistics.
• CRM and CMS tools experience preferred.
• Based in the PNW region.
• In-depth freight forwarding knowledge: air/ocean/imports/exports/customs.
• Deep knowledge of regional markets, customers, and competitive landscape.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional influence.
• Consultative selling and complex sales cycles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the region.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a regional sales strategy aligned with corporate goals.
• Identify, pursue, and secure new opportunities across multiple markets in the region.
• Serve as the primary contact for key regional clients and manage high-level relationships.
• Leverage market intelligence to assess trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Prepare and negotiate high-value proposals and terms per policies.
• Monitor pipeline activity, provide forecasting and progress reporting.
• Collaborate with Operations, Product, and Executive teams to ensure service delivery excellence.
• Travel up to 50% within the region to engage clients and teams.
