Job summary

BSN SPORTS, A VARSITY BRANDS COMPANY, is seeking a Field Sales Pro to optimize full-cycle sales across the southeastern Washington territory. This hybrid role combines home office, school, and event environments with frequent travel to local clients.

You will provide consultative service to coaches, generate revenue, and qualify leads. Evening/weekend shifts may be required to meet customer needs and sales targets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience (sporting goods preferred) or coaching background.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Must have and maintain a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class, consultative customer service to coaches across an assigned territory.
• Generate revenue and meet sales/growth targets.
• Actively develop and qualify leads through cold-calling and lead generation campaigns.
• Navigate multiple functions within the company’s CRM, including prospecting, account management, and activity tracking.
• Increase sales in existing accounts by selling to all sports at all levels.
• Utilize data-driven business intelligence on prospects to identify trends and opportunities.
• Manage your account list and travel on location within your assigned territory.
• Handle rejection with resilience and persistence.
