HARTING Technology Group is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead field sales and OEM engagement across the Pacific Northwest and Northern California. The role is remote, requiring a sales professional experienced in technical B2B selling, OEM account management, and distributor collaboration.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience, strong consultative selling skills, and a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in engineering or STEM. Compensation includes a base salary of $140,000 - $175,000 and various benefits.

• 3+ years of B2B field sales experience, ideally in OEM or technical environments.
• Experience managing complex sales cycles with technical stakeholders.
• Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with OEM engineering and purchasing teams to identify opportunities.
• Lead customer discussions to influence design decisions.
• Drive sales growth in the region through OEM and distributor collaboration.
• Conduct customer visits to uncover new opportunities.
• Deliver product training to distributor sales teams.
