Job summary

HARTING Technology Group, a German-based global leader in industrial connectivity solutions, is hiring a Regional Sales Manager to lead field sales, OEM engagement, and distributor development in a hybrid U.S. role.

You will drive new business with OEM customers, enable distributor partners, and influence engineers and buyers through the full sales cycle. Travel up to 50% within the region is required, with a competitive base salary and a 20% discretionary bonus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B field sales experience in OEM/technical or channel sales.
• Ability to manage multi-step or complex sales cycles with technical stakeholders.
• CRM experience (SAP preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead field sales, OEM engagement, and distributor development.
• Drive new business with OEM customers and enable distributor partners.
• Influence engineers and buyers through the full sales cycle.
• Travel up to 50% within the region.
• Track opportunities and collaborate with internal teams on sales strategy.
