Job summary

Apex Electronics Talent, partnering with a leading power supply manufacturer, seeks a Regional Sales Manager for Northern California and the Pacific Northwest. The role covers Bay Area, CA (Hybrid) with remote options within Northern California or Washington State, targeting data centers and industrial customers.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years selling high-power power supply solutions, a proven track record with OEMs/VARs and a strong West Coast network.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of sales in the high-power power supply industry, specifically open frame and server power solutions.
• Proven track record selling to OEMs, VARs, system integrators and end users with established key accounts.
• Experience developing business in a competitive tech region such as Northern California, Washington or Texas.
• Strong network with decision-makers in OEMs, data centers, telecoms and industrial manufacturers.
• Ability to meet or exceed targets in a complex, technical sales environment.

Responsibilities

• New business development for high-power power supplies, open frames and server power.
• Lead West Coast sales strategy and regional revenue targets.
• Grow customer base via existing relationships with OEMs, VARs and system integrators.
• Apply industry expertise to tailor technical solutions for clients.
• Monitor market trends and feed insights to product and engineering teams.
• Collaborate with engineering, product management and marketing to align customer needs.
• Provide regular reporting on pipeline and market conditions.
