Job summary

Fives Landis Corp. is actively seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join the team in the Central U.S. this permanent role. Remote work is supported; travel across OH, IN, KY, and WV will be required to manage distributors and customers.

Pay range is 75K–90K plus commission, commensurate with experience. You will analyze needs, develop sales strategies, and lead cross-functional teams to exceed bookings and growth targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field is required.
• Minimum 3+ years of field sales experience or 5+ years of technical/service experience.
• Proven knowledge of cutting tools and abrasives products is preferred.
• Travel up to 60% to support and grow customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer needs and formulate solutions to sell value using all company resources.
• Provide information on products, pricing, and delivery status to customers.
• Seek new uses and applications for products with existing and prospective customers.
• Develop individual sales strategy for each account in the designated territory.
• Attend Industrial Trade Shows to develop new markets.
• Oversee proposals, contracts, amendments and promotional activities.
• Support projects and testing post-order with internal or external teams.
• Forecast territory activity and performance; report results to leadership.
