Job summary

Fives Group seeks a Director of Sales to lead all sales, marketing, and quoting activities, focusing on growing Fives Landis Corp - Cutting Tools & Abrasive division while achieving financial objectives. The role manages sales plans, agent networks, and branding strategies to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or technical discipline; MBA preferred.
• Five years or more of sales management experience in a B2B sales environment.
• Extensive experience in cutting tools and/or abrasives and their application to machine tools.
• Ability to lead both sales and technical teams with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Establish long-term strategic goals and build key customer relationships.
• Lead sales channels, develop incentive programs, and build a high-performing team using modern tools including Salesforce.
• Direct revenue forecasting, pricing guidelines, and KPI-based performance tracking.
• Develop marketing plans and coordinate with MARCOM for product updates and new development targets.
• Coordinate training for direct and distributor channels and ensure alignment with corporate strategy.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, and customer teams to meet targets.
