Job summary

Seco Tools, a division of Sandvik, seeks a Regional Sales Manager to lead a 5–6 person team across the Central Plains Region (KS, MO, OK, CO, IA). This remote role requires 50%+ travel and involvement with aerospace, defense, advanced manufacturing, and metal cutting customers.

You will develop territory growth strategies, manage key accounts, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to drive revenue and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or Business Administration—or equivalent practical experience.
• 5–7 years of experience in industrial, machining, or metal cutting sales.
• 3+ years in a people-leadership role.
• Proven success in managing geographically dispersed teams and achieving regional growth targets.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within the Southwest region.
• Living in the region of responsibility is required.
