Fives, a leader in cutting tools and abrasives, seeks a Regional Sales Manager for the Central U.S. territory to drive sales growth and build lasting customer relationships.

The role covers Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, and West Virginia, requiring travel and direct management of distributors and manufacturers' reps. Responsibilities include analyzing customer needs, presenting solutions, developing territory strategies, and participating in trade shows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 3+ years field sales or 5+ years technical/service experience.
• Knowledge of cutting tools and abrasives preferred.
• Experience with statistical analysis and process improvement tools.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% and reside in OH or IN.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer needs and sell value using all resources.
• Provide product, pricing, and delivery information to customers.
• Develop territory sales strategy for bookings.
• Attend industrial trade shows for market development.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, and promotional activities.
• Support projects and testing after the order.
• Forecast territory performance and reports.
• Travel within OH, IN, KY, and WV and manage reps/distributors.
