Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a technical discipline; MBA preferred.
• Five+ years of sales management experience in a B2B environment.
• Experience with cutting tools and/or abrasives or related industrial tooling.

Responsibilities

• Establish long-term strategic goals and build key customer relationships in support of revenue growth.
• Lead channels and incentive programs; develop a high-performing commercial team and CRM usage (Salesforce).
• Responsible for revenue forecasting, pricing guidelines, and KPI tracking.
