Job summary

ePac Holdings, LLC is seeking a Regional Sales Executive for the NY/NJ region. This remote role involves traveling up to 50% to client sites within the territory and requires active hunter sales with a focus on new logo acquisition and mid-market growth.

Base salary up to $90,000 plus commission (about $2,000 per month ramping for 12 months). Local residency in NY/NJ is required, with benefits including multiple medical options, 401(k) match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years in B2B field sales with proven targets.
• Strong hunter mindset with prospecting and closing skills.
• Ability to travel extensively within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Own full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and handoff to Account Management.
• Develop territory plans to acquire new mid-market customers.
• Build a healthy pipeline via outbound prospecting, referrals, trade shows, and in-person meetings.
• Conduct discovery meetings and present tailored packaging solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and close new business while ensuring a seamless transition to the Account Manager.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce records and forecasts.
