Job summary

ePac Holdings, LLC is seeking a Regional Sales Executive for the NY/NJ region. This field-based role focuses on acquiring new customers, building relationships, and closing deals with a local, in-person approach. You will manage accounts for a year before transition and leverage a lead-gen team for growth.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of B2B sales, a strong hunter mentality, and the ability to travel. The position offers remote work with regional travel and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a business-related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a B2B field sales or new business development role.
• Proven hunter sales skills with a track record of meeting targets.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• CPG industry knowledge preferable.

Responsibilities

• Own full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and handoff to Account Management.
• Develop and execute a territory plan to acquire new mid-market customers.
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, trade shows, and in-person meetings.
• Conduct customer discovery meetings to understand business needs and present packaging solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and close new business with a seamless transition to the Account Manager.
• Develop multi-level relationships to drive long-term customer growth and profitability.
• Represent the company at regional and national trade shows and events.
• Maintain accurate records, pipeline activity, and forecasts in Salesforce.
