Job summary

ePac Holdings, LLC is seeking a Regional Sales Executive for the Oklahoma region. This field-based role is a “hunter” focused on acquiring new mid-market customers, building relationships, and closing deals.

You’ll leverage a lead-generation team and coordinate with an Account Manager for transitions while traveling within the territory to client sites. Remote with travel is required, and a bachelor’s degree is preferred with 3–5 years of B2B sales experience and a proven track record of hitting

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a B2B field sales or new business development role with a consistent record of achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and handoff to Account Management.
• Develop and execute a territory plan focused on acquiring new mid-market customers and expanding existing accounts.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, trade shows, and in-person meetings.
• Conduct customer discovery meetings to understand business needs and present tailored packaging solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and close new business while ensuring a seamless transition to the Account Manager.
• Create and execute strategic account plans to increase revenue, retention, and profitability.
• Monitor industry trends and market opportunities to identify growth opportunities.
