Job summary

Tessco LLC seeks a Regional Sales Executive to expand our wireless, cellular, and IoT solutions for OEMs in the United States. You will manage opportunities, forecast sales, and collaborate with product teams to deliver tailored solutions.

A strong tech background and 5+ years in technical solution selling are required. This remote role offers 401(k) with company match, comprehensive health plans, tuition subsidies, and travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or an equivalent combination with 5+ years in technical solution sales.
• Minimum of 5 years OEM design or sales experience.
• Strong relationships within the cellular M2M/IOT OEM space.
• Strong technical background in Cellular, RF, Electronic Design, IP Networking, LoRa and Engineering.
• Proven year-over-year quota achievement.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, including public speaking.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work from a home office.
• Proficiency with CRM and Microsoft Office suite.
• Travel up to 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with OEMs by providing support and guidance; identify opportunities.
• Research and analyze sales options and recommend solutions.
• Manage opportunities through defined sales stages and forecasts.
• Own registrations once they become opportunities.
• Collaborate with management, internal teams, and external partners to drive customer satisfaction.
