Job summary

ALS Environmental is seeking a Regional Sales Representative to develop new business and expand presence across the Eastern and Southern United States. This remote, field-based role focuses on building a regional client base for environmental testing services, including industrial hygiene and lab capabilities.

You will work from a home office, travel 25-50% to meet clients, present proposals, and coordinate with the Salt Lake City lab team to ensure timely, high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in environmental services or related field.
• Ability to understand technical testing services and explain them to clients.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients for retention.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across sectors.
• Collaborate with lab operations and customer service teams to ensure service quality.
• Deliver client proposals and service agreements tailored to needs.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates using CRM tools.
• Travel 25-50% within the region.
