Job summary

Eurofins Scientific (Eurofins Analytics) is seeking a Sales Account Executive for the Richmond/Ashland, VA area to drive revenue growth across the Eastern United States. The role targets EHS and Industrial Hygiene laboratory and consulting solutions, partnering with hygienists, EHS managers, and corporate accounts to protect worker health and maintain regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years outside sales or account management in lab services, environmental testing, or EHS.
• Strong knowledge of industrial hygiene principles and regulations.
• Experience selling to EHS managers, industrial hygienists, consultants, or related industries.
• Proven ability to develop strategic accounts and exceed targets.
• CRM proficiency and willingness to travel in the Eastern U.S.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet revenue goals.
• Identify, qualify and close new business in industrial hygiene and EHS markets.
• Build relationships with EHS leaders, CIHs, consultants, firms, and government agencies.
• Promote laboratory services for asbestos, silica, metals, mold and IAQ.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and manage contracts.
• Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasts, and CRM activity.
• Represent the company at industry conferences and events.
