The ideal candidate has a technical Sales background, a Bachelor’s degree in a science/engineering field, and experience with CRM tools like Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, engineering or life sciences discipline.
• 3–5 years of direct B2B sales experience in capital equipment.
• Strong technical aptitude to translate product features into client solutions.
• Residence within the assigned territory (Texas strongly preferred).
• Willingness to travel 50–80% across TX, OK, LA, and AR.
• Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce.com) and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet targets.
• Conduct discovery sessions to understand client needs and propose solutions.
• Maintain deep knowledge of product lines and differentiators.
• Lead all phases of the sales process—from prospecting to closing.
• Use Salesforce.com and Power BI to track territory performance and forecast revenue.
• Collaborate with Projects, Service, and Marketing to ensure delivery and case studies.
• Represent the company at trade shows and events; travel 50–80% of the time.
