Job summary

Eurofins Environment Testing (USA) is seeking a Regional Inside Sales Coordinator to act as a liaison for the sales team, pursue new business in smaller Water Testing segments, and handle RFPs, quotes, and vendor forms. The role focuses on expanding accounts, maintaining lab relations, and supporting account managers with customer service.

Remote candidates are welcome; preference for candidates on the West Coast or Pomona, CA.

Qualifications

• AS/AA degree in Business related field (3-4 years client-relationship experience may substitute).
• Experience: 1-3 years in environmental industry sales, marketing, or lab support.
• LIMS experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cold calls and sales campaigns to generate new sales.
• Generate transactional price quotes as directed.
• Provide technical support and proposal research (Excel).
• Onboard new accounts and complete vendor forms.
• Assist in responding to client inquiries from sales; participate in campaigns to grow accounts.
• Explain LIMS capabilities to customers to improve opportunities.
• Manage subcontractor pricing/contacts/communications and project management requests.
