Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, life sciences, or related field.
• 3–5 years of B2B sales in capital equipment or related industries.
• Strong ability to translate product features into client solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to meet sales targets.
• Engage clients through discovery sessions and tailor solutions.
• Maintain deep product knowledge and competitive differentiators.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and post‑sale follow‑up.
• Use Salesforce and Power BI to forecast revenue and analyze territory performance.
• Collaborate with Projects, Service, and Marketing for successful delivery.
• Represent the company at trade shows and travel 50–80% of the time.
