Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Regiona l Sales Director for Veterinary accounts. You will own multi-location deals from the initial meeting with ownership to the signed contract, with one win spanning many locations.

In this role you will work with our sales development team and inbound leads to close strategic accounts, handling a $2M annual quota while operating as an individual contributor with no direct reports.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to close large multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling to veterinary groups or multi-location buyers.

Responsibilities

• Own the full cycle on large deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close, typically 3 to 12 months.
• Engage with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders; manage multi-stakeholder negotiations.
• Expand: drive additional locations and services after a group signs with us.
• Collaborate with strategists and leadership to tailor proposals for the deals that matter most.
