Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Regional Sales Director for Veterinary to own large multi-location deals across the US and Canada. You will manage the full sales cycle—from first meetings with ownership to signed contracts—targeting veterinary groups with many locations.

Expect a strategic, consultative approach and no direct reports. Leads are booked for you by the sales development team or inbound inquiries, with one win covering multiple locations and enabling future expansion.

Qualifications

• A track record of closing $1M+ annually on large multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling into veterinary groups or similarly multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with several decision makers.
• Preference for closing business over managing people.

Responsibilities

• Own the full cycle on large deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close over 3–12 months.
• Engage with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at the table.
• Drive expansion to additional locations and services after signing.
• Collaborate with strategists and leadership to craft proposals for key deals.
