Job summary

Amrize seeks an Elevate Regional Business Manager to drive revenue and market share across the East region for Elevate Commercial Roofing Systems. You will develop and execute regional sales plans, manage independent reps, and partner with senior leaders to hit annual goals and margins.

You’ll oversee forecasting, training, and resource allocation, ensuring reps have the tools to win major bids and convert large customers to Elevate products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 8 years of relevant sales experience.
• 5+ years of management or leadership experience.
• Self-starter with motivation and drive.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional business plans to drive revenue and market share.
• Forecast region and key accounts with accuracy and insight.
• Lead Sales Reps and Regional Area Managers to meet targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute growth programs.
• Attend and contribute to sales meetings and client events.
