Placements24 is seeking a high-performing Regional Sales Director to lead our international sales efforts from a remote location. You will build and manage a remote sales team across South Africa, develop regional strategies, and drive revenue growth in the B2B market.

You will mentor the team, forge key client relationships, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to align go-to-market plans with company objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• MBA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to hit revenue targets.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a remote sales team with ongoing coaching.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and build pipelines.
• Establish relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Track sales performance and provide forecasts to senior management.
