Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree a plus.
• Minimum 6 years in business development, sales, or commercial roles in renewable energy.
• Proven track record of originating and closing complex deals including PPAs.
• Strong understanding of the South African energy market and regulatory framework.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a remote workload.
• Financial modeling and analytical skills to assess project economics.
• Willingness to travel domestically for meetings and site visits.
• Proficiency in CRM software and standard productivity tools.

• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in renewable energy, focusing on solar PV and wind.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to expand market share and revenue growth.
• Build relationships with IPPs, government agencies, off-takers, and financial institutions.

• Collaborate with engineering and project finance teams for viability.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
• Stay informed about regulatory changes and market trends.
• Manage a pipeline of opportunities and provide updates.
