This remote-first role requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in building complex partnerships and driving business impact.

You will work with cross-functional teams to negotiate agreements, manage partner relationships, and present strategic proposals to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field.
• 10+ years in business development, strategic partnerships, or alliance management, preferably in tech or renewables.
• Proven track record building and managing complex partnerships.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills for all levels.
• Global renewable energy market knowledge, policy landscape, and key players.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategy for identifying and securing strategic partnerships.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate partnership agreements aligned with objectives.
• Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with partners.
• Represent the company at conferences and meetings (virtual and occasional in-person).
• Collaborate with product development, marketing, and sales for successful partner integration.
• Monitor partnership performance and identify optimization opportunities.
• Stay updated on market trends and emerging technologies in renewables.
• Prepare business cases, proposals, and partnership reports for leadership.
• Manage a pipeline of strategic initiatives and act as liaison with partners.
