Placements24 seeks a Regional Sales Manager to lead and inspire a remote sales team across key territories in South Africa. This fully remote role requires recruiting, training, coaching, and guiding a high-performance team to achieve ambitious revenue targets.

You will develop regional strategies, monitor performance, and report to senior management while shaping growth in a distributed, remote-first environment with strong professional development opportunities.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in sales management with a strong track record.
• Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets in a remote setting.
• Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
• Strong understanding of sales methodologies and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to strategize, plan, and execute effectively in a remote work environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
• Must be located within South Africa and authorized to work.
• Strategic thinking and analytical capabilities are essential.

Responsabilidades
