Dexcom Inc. is seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Director to lead our Midwest sales team from a home office, with a focus on developing and implementing strategies to drive regional growth and align with Dexcom’s overall objectives.

You will manage District Business Managers and a diverse sales team, ensuring high performance, compliance with regulatory requirements, and strong client relationships across the product portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 15+ years in the medical/med-tech/pharma industry preferred.
• 9+ years of successful management experience in sales leadership.
• Strong regulatory compliance and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Regional Sales Director team and drive growth in the Midwest region.
• Develop and implement effective regional sales strategies across full product portfolio.
• Manage districts and sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support for high performance.
• Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory requirements and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Training, Sales Operations, Market Access, Channel, and Product for market intelligence and strategy alignment.
• Build and maintain productive relationships with key customer accounts and stakeholders.
• Oversee region expenses and administrative requirements, aligning with company goals.
