Dexcom is seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead the Midwest sales team and drive growth across the full product portfolio. You will collaborate with Marketing, Sales Training, Operations, Market Access, Channel, and Product teams to craft effective strategies and ensure regulatory compliance.

You will build strong client relationships, guide District Business Managers, and manage regional expenses while aligning with company direction and goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 15+ years of industry experience.
• 9+ years of successful management experience in relevant industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional sales team (Midwest) and drive growth across full product portfolio.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to hit regional goals.
• Manage District Business Managers and sales staff; train and support high performance.
• Ensure compliant, ethical selling aligned with regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Training, Operations, Market Access, Channel and Product teams for market intelligence and program enhancements.
• Build and maintain relationships with key client accounts and stakeholders.
• Oversee regional expenses and administrative requirements.
