Dexcom Corporation, a leader in continuous glucose monitoring, is seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Director to lead our Midwest sales team and drive growth across the portfolio.

Based in a home office with a flexible hybrid arrangement, you will manage District Business Managers and Sales Professionals, partner with Marketing, Sales Training, Sales Operations, Market Access, Channel, and Product teams, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of industry experience.
• 9+ years of management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in medical/med-tech/pharma sales leadership preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Midwest regional sales team (District Business Managers and Sales Professionals).
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Training, Sales Operations, Market Access, Channel, and Product teams.
• Ensure regulatory and ethical compliance in all activities.
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve goals.
• Manage regional expenses and travel.
