Job summary

Mineralys Therapeutics is a fully remote biopharmaceutical company launching its first commercial product in the United States. The Regional Sales Director will translate national strategy into regional execution, driving field leadership and overall business performance.

The leader will build and guide a high-performing team of territory managers, develop deep customer relationships, and ensure alignment with corporate priorities and compliance standards in a fast-paced launch environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience in a district/regional role.
• Proven success leading specialty sales teams and exceeding goals.
• Prior launch experience; first-launch startup biotech preferred.
• Experience in cardiovascular, nephrology, hypertension markets preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional launch planning and execution to ensure market entry and uptake.
• Translate national brand strategy into actionable regional plans.
• Lead a team of 8-12 territory managers and coach for performance.
• Develop relationships with healthcare providers, health systems, and IDNs; manage accounts.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support launch readiness and messaging.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and budget discipline.
