• Direct sales activities and manage pipeline health and deals.
• Mentor and develop sales talent for subscription renewals and expansion.
• Set KPIs and monitor progress to drive success.
• Analyze buyer motivation, competition, and sales cycles for strategy.
• Collaborate with marketing and customer success to align objectives.
• Plan and manage renewal projects with existing clients.
