JoVE is seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Director to lead our North America sales team and drive growth in the region. You will oversee a group of Account Executives, craft strategic plans, and coordinate with marketing and customer success to maximize subscriptions and renewals.

The ideal leader has a track record of building high-performing sales teams, 10+ years in sales, and 5+ years of leadership experience in EdTech or STEM publishing.

Qualifications

Leads a sales team with a proven track record in revenue growth.
Experience in EdTech, K-12, or STEM publishing is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with sales tools.

Responsibilities

Lead the North America regional sales team of Account Executives to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Direct and oversee sales activities, monitor pipeline health and deal progression.
Recruit, mentor, and develop sales talent to grow subscriptions.
Define and monitor KPIs; adjust strategies to ensure success.
Analyze buyer motivations and competitive dynamics to refine sales plans.
Collaborate with marketing, customer success and other teams to align sales efforts.
Plan and manage renewal projects with existing clients.
