JoVE, the world-leading video solutions provider, seeks a Sales Director for North America. You will own the NA revenue target, lead Regional Directors and Account Executives, and report to the VP of Sales.

This role requires 8+ years leading sales teams in EdTech/SaaS, 10+ years in sales, and a proven record of revenue growth. You will drive pipeline health, implement KPIs, and collaborate with marketing and customer success to align efforts and renewals.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 8+ years leading sales teams in EdTech, SaaS, or STEM publishing.
• 10+ years in sales.
• Proven track record of revenue growth.
• Experience running structured pipeline reviews and using Salesforce reports.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Salesforce or HubSpot.

Responsabilidades

• Own the North America revenue target and lead the regional sales teams to consistently meet and exceed it.
• Coach and develop Regional Directors and Account Executives; hire top talent and build a high-performance culture.
• Conduct regular pipeline audits at the rep, team, and regional level; validate stage accuracy, close dates, deal values, next steps, and CRM hygiene.
• Define, implement, and monitor KPIs for the sales team and adjust strategy as needed.
• Oversee key sales activities; track pipeline health and deal progression to drive revenue growth.
• Analyze buyer motivations, competitive dynamics, and sales cycle to prioritize strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and other teams to align sales efforts with company goals.
• Plan and manage renewal projects with existing clients.
