Job summary

Netskope in Santa Clara, CA is seeking a Director, Regional Sales to lead a high-performing team and accelerate the growth of our cloud security platform. You will map solutions to complex customer challenges and drive territory leadership with a proven track record of exceeding quota.

Responsibilities include hiring and developing 10–15 regional sales reps, building strategic plans, forecasting accurately, and collaborating with executives to win Fortune 1000 business while upholding Netskope’s

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred.
5+ years of sales leadership experience, including 4+ years at director level.
Experience supervising 10–15 sales representatives.
Track record selling security and networking technologies to Fortune 1000.
Resides in the target geography with local relationships.

Responsibilities

Directly supervise 10-15 sales representatives.
Hire, train and manage Regional Sales Managers.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans.
Forecast accurately and communicate across the organization.
Be an integral part of the sales leadership team and foster a high-performance culture.
Travel 50%-75% within region.
