Qualifications

• 10+ years experience working within a Sales organization.
• 5+ years sales leadership experience, 4 yrs at a Director level capacity.
• Proven track record selling security and networking technologies to large enterprises.
• Verifiable track record of exceeding quota.
• Experience managing channel partners and regional sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise 10 sales representatives and manage staffing and performance.
• Hire, train and manage top caliber Regional Sales Managers.
• Communicate effectively, forecast accurately, and contribute to sales culture.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet corporate goals.
• Travel 50%–75% within the region.
