The role demands 10+ years in sales, 5+ years in leadership including at director level, a proven security and networking sales track record, strong channel partnerships, and 50–75% travel. Bachelor’s preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in sales with leadership experience.
• 5+ years in sales leadership; 4+ years at director level.
• Proven track record selling security and networking technologies to Fortune 1000.
• Strong channel partner relationships.
• Experience recruiting and developing sales teams.
• Experience managing territories >$100M revenue.
• Willingness to travel 50–75%.
• Bachelor degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise 10–15 sales representatives.
• Hire, train and manage Regional Sales Managers.
• Forecast accurately and align with corporate goals.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans.
• Drive direct sales forecasting and set goals.
• Lead staffing, training, and performance evaluations.
