Mineralys Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Director (RSD) to lead the region-specific launch and growth of our first commercial product.

The role requires building and guiding a team of 8–12 territory managers, ensuring alignment with corporate priorities, compliance, and launch objectives. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in pharma/biotech sales, 3+ years in district/regional leadership, and prior launch experience, with strong business planning, analytics, and coaching skills.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience in a district/regional manager role.
• Proven success leading specialty sales teams and exceeding performance goals.
• Prior launch experience required; first-launch/startup biotech experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in cardiovascular, nephrology, hypertension, or related specialty markets strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in recruiting and developing top talent.
• Strong business planning, analytical, and coaching skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead regional launch planning and execution for market entry and uptake.
• Translate national strategy into regional business plans and field execution priorities.
• Lead team to achieve sales goals, market share targets, and KPIs at launch and beyond.
• Monitor market dynamics, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to adjust strategy.
• Drive accountability through data-driven decision making and disciplined execution.
• Recruit, onboard, develop, and retain territory managers across the region.
• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of 8–12 territory managers.
• Establish disease state, clinical, and product knowledge; evaluate performance.
• Foster a high-performance culture with accountability and collaboration.
• Develop relationships with healthcare providers, IDNs, and strategic accounts.
