Job summary

Mineralys Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Director for Milwaukee to translate national launch strategy into regional execution. You will lead a high-performing team of 8–12 territory managers, build deep customer relationships, and ensure alignment with company priorities and compliance.

The role requires strong business acumen, prior launch experience, and the ability to lead with urgency in a fast-paced biotech environment. This is a remote US role with substantial travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years pharma/biotech sales experience.
• 3+ years people leadership in a district/regional role.
• Launch experience required; first-launch/startup biotech experience preferred.
• Experience in cardiovascular, nephrology, hypertension, or related markets preferred.
• Strong business planning, analytical and coaching skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional launch planning and execution to ensure market entry and uptake.
• Translate national brand strategy into actionable regional business plans and field execution.
• Lead team to achieve sales goals, market share, and KPIs at launch and beyond.
• Monitor market dynamics, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence; adjust strategy.
• Drive accountability for performance using data-driven decisions and disciplined execution.
• Recruit, onboard, develop, and retain top-performing territory managers (8–12).
• Foster disease state, clinical, and product knowledge across the region.
• Evaluate performance and coach for skill and career development; build succession plans.
• Collaborate with Market Access, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Training, Operations, and HR.
