Job summary

Mineralys Therapeutics, a fully remote clinical-stage biopharma, seeks a Regional Sales Director to translate national strategy into regional execution and drive launch success in a designated US region.

You will lead a high-performing team of 8-12 territory managers, foster deep clinician relationships, and ensure alignment with compliance standards and corporate priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience.
• 3+ years of people leadership in district/regional roles.
• Launch experience required; first-launch startup biotech preferred.
• Experience in cardiovascular, nephrology, hypertension or related markets.
• Strong business planning, analytical and coaching skills.
• Willing to travel up to 60% within the region.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional launch planning and execution for market entry and uptake.
• Translate national strategy into actionable regional plans and priorities.
• Recruit, onboard, develop, and retain 8-12 territory managers.
• Build relationships with providers, IDNs, and strategic accounts.
• Collaborate with Market Access, Marketing, Medical Affairs and HR.
• Ensure compliance with policies, budgets, forecasting, and CRM use.
