Job summary

Mineralys Therapeutics, a fully remote biopharmaceutical company, is seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead its launch and growth in an assigned US region. You will translate national strategy into regional execution, build and coach a field team of 8–12 managers, and drive key metrics with urgency in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a strong launch background in pharma/biotech, 8+ years of sales experience, and 3+ years of district leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
8+ years pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience.
3+ years of people leadership in a district/regional role.
Proven success leading specialty sales teams and meeting goals.
Prior launch experience; biotech start-up exposure preferred.
Experience in cardiovascular, nephrology, hypertension or related market.

Responsibilities

Lead regional launch planning and execution to ensure market entry and uptake.
Translate national strategy into actionable regional plans and priorities.
Direct team to achieve sales goals, market share, and KPIs at launch and beyond.
Monitor market dynamics and competitive intel; adjust strategy in real time.
Coach and develop 8–12 territory managers; foster high-performance culture.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners for launch readiness and execution.
